Papa spotted this restaurant in a magazine so we decided to hv a try since we never had the pork ribs before and most importantly, those dishes looks yummy~~~Btw, it did not disappoint us at all ^^
Their significant Grilled Baby Back Pork Ribs, with choice of smokey bbq or honey mustard sauce served with potato gratin and tomato salsa. We go for the smokey bbq version, the meat was succulent with decent sweet and tangy sauce, and the portion was quite generous, do share with one more person if u r a small eater ^^
Carbonara Pasta, fettuccine with mushroom and bacon in milky creamy sauce. The creaminess was juz nice and the fettuccine was not overcooked which will make u feel starchy.
Their very own original recipe of Grilled Pork Belly, with choice of sticky sweet or tuscan flavour. We chose the oriental sticky sweet version, but it tasted somehow like char siew XD
Rib's Pork Loin Chop, served with saute cabbage and house special sauce. A huge slab of meat cooked to the perfection with some fat surrounded the edge, and the cabbage was sooooo flavouful!!! A dish that is too great to miss^^
