Craving for the Pastalicious @ The Vanilla Place, Subang Empire Gallery

Humble little cafe serving modern Australian, homemade comfort foods with styles of minimalist and fuss-free yet never compromising on the passion that goes into their foods. I was looking forward to try their main courses dish like panfried salmon with saffron sauce but sadly they already removed that section from their menu >< ><

Smoked Duck Pasta (RM15.80), spaghetti perfectly sauteed with spices and sundry tomatoes serving with aromatically tender smoked duck breast

Black Angel Seafood with Olive Paste Pasta (RM16.80), an olive lovers must try dish!!! but it's not my cup of tea ><

Salmon Pasta (RM15.80), salmon sashimi with creamy milky spaghetti, definitely a comforting dish!

Seafood Pesto Pasta (RM16.80), fresh prawns, squids, mussel, and tender chunk of fish fillet perfectly sauteed with homemade pesto sauce. For those who wondering wat is pesto sauce, here u go....

'Pesto is a sauce originating in Genoa in the Liguria region of northern Italy (pesto genovese), and traditionally consists of crushed garlic, basil, and European pine nuts blended with olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano (parmesan cheese), and Fiore Sardo (cheese made from sheep's milk)' (source from wikipedia XP)
